COMIDA Board Committees

Ann L. Burr

Ann L. Burr currently serves as Senior Vice President, General Manager of Frontier Communications in Rochester, New York. She is also Vice President of Government and Regulatory Affairs for Citizens Communications, parent of Frontier, for its national advocacy and government affairs programs in 23 states, affecting Citizens' 2.3 million customers.

Ann is a trustee of Rochester Institute of Technology and serves on the Endowment, Finance and Government Relations Committees. She also is a trustee for the George Eastman House and WXXI. She has served on Monroe County’s Blue Ribbon Financial Commission and the Monroe County Budget Advisory Committee.

Ann holds a BA from Utah State University and an MBA from Chaminade University of Honolulu.

Ann is a member of the Audit Committee of COMIDA.

Eugene H. Caccamise

Eugene H. Caccamise has dedicated 39 years to the Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers Union. He is currently the President of the Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers Mega Local No. 3 New York, which covers 24 counties in the Northeast Region of New York State.

Eugene was initiated into the BAC Union in 1969. Throughout his career as a Bricklayer, he has held many prominent positions. He was an Apprentice Instructor for six years, the Vice President for 11 years and the Funds Administrator for the Rochester Chapter for 16 years. Eugene was also a chairperson of Union events, a Political Action Chairman, a Democratic Vice Chair for Labor as well as sitting on the Monroe County Advisory Board. 

Lauren A. Doyle

Lauren A. Doyle is a National Board Certified counselor in private practice providing counseling services for couples, individuals, children and families. Lauren is also Executive Director of Matt Talbot Ministries. She has served as an adjunct professor at Monroe Community College and is a member of the Monroe County Airport Authority Board and the Susan B. Anthony Club. She has also served as a parish council member of Our Lady of Lourdes and as a Girl Scout Leader.

Lauren holds a BS degree from State University of New York at Empire and an MS from the University of Rochester.

Lauren is a member of the Audit Committee of COMIDA.

Robert W. Hurlbut

Robert W. Hurlbut has worked in the nursing home industry for the past 20 years and is licensed as a nursing home Administrator. In 1990 he became Vice President of Rohm Services Corporation, a management and consultant firm for health care facilities with over 1,100 beds in Western New York and Florida. In January 1993, he assumed the position of President of Rohm Services Corporation.

Robert is a 1984 graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology located in Rochester, New York. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Food, Hotel and Travel Management.

Bob is a member of the Governance and Job Creation Compliance Committees of COMIDA.

Theresa B. Mazzullo

Theresa B. Mazzullo is the Chief Executive Officer of Excell Partners, Inc., a regional economic development partnership established in cooperation with the University of Rochester and the State of New York to manage a state-supported fund which provides pre-seed and seed stage financing to high-tech start-up companies in the Upstate New York region.

Theresa serves as a Board Member of ESL Federal Credit Union and Memorial Art Gallery. She is a trustee of the New York State Lawyers’ Fund for Client Protection and was the Co-Chair of Monroe County’s Executive Taskforce on Economic Development.

Theresa holds a BA from Spring Hill College in Alabama, and a Graduate Degree in Banking from Stonier Graduate School of Banking.

Theresa is a member of the Governance and Job Creation Compliance committees of COMIDA.

Stephen B. Moore

Stephen B. Moore is Partner and Vice President of Moore Corporate Real Estate. Steve specializes in the sale and lease of corporate real estate, land acquisition and fee based consulting. He is President of the Rochester Professional Sales Association and Committee Member of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors. Steve, who earned his Eagle Scout designation in 1989, is the Chairperson of the Boy Scouts of America Eagle Scout Board of Review.

Steve holds a BA from Ohio State University.

Steve is a member of the Audit Committee of COMIDA.

Hank Stuart

Hank Stuart is an Associate Vice President and Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley in the downtown office at First Federal Plaza. He works in a team with 6 partners to provide investment services to their clients. He is a native of Newark, New York in Wayne County.

Hank received a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University in both Economics and Government, prior to that he graduated from Deerfield Academy in Western Massachusetts.

In addition to serving on Comida's Board of Director's, Hank is an active supporter of the Genesee Region Home Care /Hospice and the George Eastman House.

Hank is a member of the Governance and Job Creation Compliance Committees of COMIDA.
